J&P Community Update
Dear Customer,
For the last 29 years we have been working hard to bring you the best motorcycle parts and accessories in the industry. With your continuous support we have grown tremendously every year, and our growth continues today. With the tremendous expansion of our loyal customer base, we have not forgotten the most valuable commodity, our customers. Customer service has always been, and will always be the #1 priority of J&P Cycles. In an effort to continuously improve our level of customer service, we have recently launched a new “Community” page through our website at http://community.jpcycles.com.
The new and improved Community offers dedicated tech forums, interactive question and answers, more photos and enhanced technical articles. Now you will be able to search for questions that were answered by our e-techs, look through new articles and search all the forums/photos from one place. We have dedicated, fully trained technicians who will be interacting with you on a regular basis. You can ask them questions directly by using the forums or by sending an email to tech@jpcycles.com. Our goal is not only to sell you the part, but to also provide top-notch technical support from our experienced team, on-line, by email or over the phone.
We realize that with the moderated forum, it may take a little longer to get an answer. That is why we are looking for community leaders with great motorcycle experience who can help you and us with this free service. In doing this, we can assure our answers are accurate so you can complete your project with confidence. In an effort to make sure your questions are answered as quickly as possible we encourage you to read the J&P Community Forum Regulations page. We have made a significant investment in resources to make the technical forum available and adherence to the regulations will ensure that all of our customers can have a positive experience. Please click here to read our terms and condition for our community site. Our technical team will continue monitoring the forums to ensure that your questions are getting answered in a timely manner. Moving forward, the entire forum will be moderated and we will retire the Customer Lounge from our Community section effective immediately.
