progressive suspension make standard and heavy duty shocks. the heavy duty has a stronger spring for rider loads over 225 pounds, and make them in a variety of lengths. see examples 701-835, 701-836, 701-834, 504-829

Ironshovel - first, welcome to the forums - what part of the ocuntry are you from?

I have progressive shocks w/air adjust on my '96 FLHR - having the ari allows me to increase / decrease the "shock" affect based on whether I am running by myself, 2 up or with the trailer - it is easy to adjust with a little purpose-made pump that I carry in my bag.

    hope this helps

The first tool out of the box should be the "book"  Geeked
