 I want to use Kuryakn Halogen Small Silver Bullet Lights (330-515 rear, 330-517 front) on a pan/shovel generator 12volt chopper I'm resurrecting. I want the rear Silver Bullets to be run-brake-turn and front to be run-turn. Would like to know what do I need to make this happen. Do I need front AND rear controllers or do they have a single controller for both? Fuses, what about fuses? I will also be running normal dual element bulb fender brake-run light and license plate light - preferrably on a different circuit. Thamks in advance.

You will need modules for both front and back. Silver Bullets are single element lights. You are probably looking at something like the Lazer star converter (PN 320-192 $ 72.99) in front and a Badlands Run,Brake turn signal module (PN 340-095 $ 113.99) in back.
