    Wider rear tire on 1974 Shovelhead

    I'm rebuilding a 1974 FL Shovelhead and am looking at the sprocket offset kit (part #6000405) and a spoked 4" rear rim to mount a 16" Dunlop Elite 3 160/80HB bias-ply tire (part #217-310).  Will this configuration work or will I have clearance problems?  Any advice here would be appreciated. Thanks, John

    A 150 generally fits with no issues. A 160 may not. Check things carefully as you go.
