THANKS GUYS-BACKFIRING GONE FOR GOOD ( I HOPE)

After replacing the intake manifold seals 600 miles ago ( which you guys told me the problem was the intake seals) I replaced the seals with J.P. Blue Seals (Which were very thick & strong) as well as the J.P. Flanges
    (not cast but strong steel)
And now my 06 1200C Sporty is running perfect !!!!!!! I think for a long time with the non H.D. Seals & flanges.

Thanks again ( this problem has gone on for the better part of a year) & I took it to the dealer 2 times for this problem & only got the problem not fixed & paid $400.00 on top of that.
That is why I came to you Guys. ( the Dealer was telling me --well some bikes backfire no problem LOL)

    THANKS

    Scott

Guess i'm lucky - I don't have a dealer close by (~60 miles) so I deal with an indy - he is into performance and he is anal about Q&A - if it ani't right it don't leave his shop.

When workin' on your ride the first tool out of the box should be the manual

My dealer is about 500 miles away ,east end of the rock. It's closer for me to go to sidney, NS if I get any major problems with my bike, clear of that I just fend for myself.Big SmileBeer
