I just bought and installed my new Radii 2" Side Viper Exhaust. I love them, they look and sound bad ass. However my issue is that they do not manufactur heat sheilds. I made the mistake of not researching this prior to purchase. The only suggestion I was given to look a 4 and 10" heat sheilds made by Samson. However this is not nearly long enough to cover the exhaust which I keep accidently melting my boot to. The heat shields by Samson are 69.99 each and DO NOT cover the bends!!! I guess my alternative is to use Exhaust wrap, however I do not like the look of exhuast wrap. I was thinking maybe wrap the bends and get universal covers for the rest. Your thoughts???? Also does anyone know where I can find universal heat sheilds at a better price?????
