Pull yours out (the bulb) and look at the position and amount of prongs for connection.
That will tell you what type you have.
Also, do not touch the glass portion of the bulb with your hands.
The oils from your skin will cause pre-mature failure.
If you do touch it, clean it with some achohol and a swab.
