    Milwaukee Twins Power Cones installation

I just ordered Milwaukee Twins Power Cones for my wife's 2006 XL883C.  Since the XL models do not use gaskets on the head pipe, do I install these cones with or without gaskets?  If I need to buy gaskets for the install, which gaskets do I use?

I would use gaskets P# 4400292 to make sure you won't have an exhaust leak.

the 06 xl does come with exhaust gaskets, and gaskets must be used. the gasket is probably still in the head, and because of carbon and dirt buildup, you're not seeing it. use a needle nose plier or a pick to remove the old gaskets, and reinstall new ones. the power cone should butt against the head, then the gasket, then the pipe
