    Is this a crank vent ?

     Hi all , i am fixin a shovel about 81 vintage and don't no what the half inch threaded hole in the back of the  crankcase is for , it;s just below the right rear engine mount next to the oil pump . Is it crankvent that runs to air cleaner ?

     Actually, it is the primary vent, but it tee's into the vent line that comes out of the crankcase above the oil pump and the top of the oil bag.
