 Why is this book "Original Harley-Davidson Panhead The Restorer's Guide 1948-1965" more expensive used than new on Amazon?

I have a copy with a different cover than the one on the link.  I was going to sell it & noticed the used books were actually more expensive than the new ones.  Why?  Are these a collector's item or something?

 I can see no reason to this price disparity. Looking at the sources website, this book appears out of print. There is another similarly titled book that sells for 34.95 by another author, so make sure it's the same book before you count the dollar signs.
