maybe a Easy-out, and a Vaccum for chips.

when i did recieved  the part from harley they suggesed red lock-tight , the part already had a red sealant on the threads so i did'nt use any lock-tight especially on brass and alum. so should i heat the area before i start...? thanks

No, just gently try the 'easy-out' first.. & remember to vacuum as was posted.

Once out I still would not add any thread lockers.  I use teflon tape. & when I do maintenance I  also check those bolts...
