    93' hugger

i"m lookin at a complete engine rebuild after this riding season. I want to go with the 74'' hot set up kit. I was just wondering if kit number 420-157 comes with jugs and pistons or if i have to purchase them separately.

ps. what does the HL2T kit consist of?

jugs and pistons are not included, you can use your stock jugs, and then buy the pistons in the overbore you need, they are listed right with the hot setup in the catalog, you can vuiew the catalog page by searching for 420-157, and clicking on catalog pages, then click on the page number. the hl2t is just a simple method of causing the tappets to lock up at higher rpm, it's basically just a set of o rings

I think i'll have to get the big bore kit to get it to a 1200.( cause its only a 883 now) and then bump it up a notch with the hot set up kit.  Does this sound close to being right? lol

the 883 and 1200 cylinders are the same, the 1200 ones are just bored out bigger, you can bore yours out, or buy new ones already bored for 1200
