  • New Exhaust for '07 Road King Classic

I have to make a decision and need some input from some of you "unknowns". I know what all my riding buddies think; "do 2 into 1 for better torque and h.p. gains". That sounds all well and good but I am not looking for a higher degree of acceleration at 70 mph. I want a deeper tone...

  • FLTRSE CVO EXHAUST

My new 09 is coming in next week ( can't Wait) and I am looking for advice about slip ons. I want some sound but don't want to have the bike re tuned by the dealer. The 110 is going to deliver enough to keep me happy with performance...I just want to be able to hear it and be heard. Anyone out...

  • S&S 145 and custom build

I am building a custom softail right now and am at a point that a little info will go a long way. To start I had a custom frame built by wareagle which took 3yrs to actually get from them. I have inserted a S&S 145" Tribute with a 6-speed right side drive tranny and chain final drive to a Avon...

  • Rhinehart exhaust upgrade

I recently upgraded to true dual Rhinhart exhaust for my 07 Road King. Have had no problems, bike runs and sounds great, problem is I went in for my 5000k service and was told that I was running too hot, running too lean, and that I need to add a fuel managemment system, they recommmended the Terry Components...

  • s&s tuned induction complete kit 420-383

Im a bit of a novice when it comes to mc mechanics. I have a 2010 road glide custom and would like to install this intake, s&s tuned induction complete kit 420-383 with a vance and hines 2 into 1. Are these compatible? What would have to be done after install? Will I need a power commander? Should...

  • Re: Cylinder head temp

The bike is stock nothing done, I'm thinking about installling 2:1 supertrap exhaust, and adding a Vance & Hines Fuel pack. And starting over again, what do you think about the combination I picked out? or do you have a better Idea. FXDWI 2006. Thanks, Larry

  • Samson True Dual Install

I'm having trouble with the install of the true duals on my 05 Springer Classic. I cannot get the rear header pipe to line up with he left side pipe so I can clamp them together. It either hits the oil line or the cylinder and either way doesn't give enough clearance to get the pipe far enouogh...

  • CE approved exhaust systems.

When next in Orlando on vacation, I usually pop up to Daytona to JP's to buy some bits'n'pieces. I fancy the black S&S true dual pipes and SPO touring mufflers for my 2010 FLHTCU. Tried to find out from the manufacturer by email twice if they make a euro version but, no answer. Are there...

  • Foot rest travel after V&H Exh install

00 Softail-------- Big Shots Staggered (441-937) limit the up travel of the footrest pad. Any ideas short of removing some of the footrest. Gotta be a way to keep away from Mickey Mouse modification.
