Sorry, I see now. You'll want to enable avatars, then there's a button below that to Browse for an image. You'll have to find the image on your computer, select it and click the Update button. This can take a while before it will refresh and start showing up (5-15 minutes sometimes).

Are you trying to upload pictures into the Photos section? or just add one for your profile?

Good call Tom! I was also able to add a hyperlink to the page at the top of the main Photos page.
