The 7" headlight requires a 9" cutout. There has to be clearance between the light and ths shield, the two cannot touch.

Bob, I apologize for this inconvenience. I had the kit pulled and it appears that you are going to need a 2400460 master cylinder, 241-206 plunger, and a brake line to complete the installation. We will need you to measure for the correct length brake line.

Would a 4 step 2-into-1 work for you? 1-3/4″ to 1-7/8″ to 2″ into a 3″ collector.

The 09 header pipe is restricted by a catalytic converter so a set of true dual headers will definitely improve performance and sound. The only true dual header pipes that I know of so far for the 09's are made by Samson. They are not on the website yet but the part number is 443-403, they are $499.99 ($449.99 GCP), in stock and ready to ship. These will allow you to keep your Rinehart slip-ons.

You measure straight up from the bottom of the riser to the bottom of the clamp area (where the bar sits).
