i believe you are referring to 3800004 and 3800003, used with pins 3800013 and 3800014. we also have 2, 6, and 10 pin versions

there is a heavier spring available, see 820-012

look at the drive belt and sprockets for wear, also see if front drive pulley on transmission has been updated to lock ring and nut, instead of set screw and nut, the set screw will come loose, trashing the pulley and drive gear in the tranny, not to mention stranding you [learned this one the hard way] other than that, just check the normal stuff

i had a dunlop do that to me once, the edge was cupped, so when i leaned it over, it would make a lot of noise

the tach for that model should be electronic, hooks direct to the coil

the mounting bolt locations for the coil bolts changed radically in 2007
