I Have a very bad back & have changed the stock seat to a LePera Daytona which helps. I ride with the local HOG's & we ride many miles in a day. Would changing the Rear Shocks help? I am 220 pounds so I would need to spend a lot of $$$$$$ & I am useing the stock shocks right now also...
